ArbiHunter is a specialized HR platform in the High-risk sector. We are developing an ecosystem of high-potential projects, connecting businesses and top specialists worldwide for scaling, growth, and mutual development. The project is growing; we are at the stage of serious technical scaling. We are now actively moving towards microservices with NATS, expanding from one product to a whole ecosystem of solutions. Simultaneously, we are modernizing our stack — transitioning to Prisma instead of TypeORM, to Zod instead of class-validator. In short, interesting technical challenges lie ahead.

Tasks:

• Development and enhancement of REST API on NestJS (Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS).
• Integration of external services: OAuth, payments, email/push, webhooks.
• Participation in migrating the monolith to microservices (bounded contexts, NATS, event-driven).
• Working with asynchronous processes and queues.
• Modernization of the stack: transitioning to Prisma and Zod, increasing type-safety.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development, 2+ years with NestJS.
• Proficient TypeScript (generics, decorators, strict typing).
• Experience in designing REST APIs.
• PostgreSQL, ORM (TypeORM / Prisma), Redis.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven approach.
• Integration experience, OAuth, webhooks, retry/error handling.
• Docker, Git, tests (Jest).

Will be a plus:

• Prisma, Zod.
• Microservices, message brokers (NATS / RabbitMQ / Kafka).
• Distributed systems, Saga, eventual consistency.
• CI/CD, monitoring, high load.

Stack:

• NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, NATS, Prisma (in progress), Zod (in progress), Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
