A high-load fintech platform ensuring real-time transaction security. Rule-based scoring, asynchronous monitoring, a complex data model, and AI/ML components for anomaly detection.

// TASKS
- Design and develop services on Node.js / Go, optimize performance
- Develop rule-based scoring: new rules, query optimization, latency minimization
- Long-running workflows on Temporal: profile merging, cascade checks, idempotent retries
- In-depth work with message brokers: guaranteed delivery, duplicates, out-of-order messages
- Data schemas and queries for PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
- Integrate ML/AI components: contracts, load, fallbacks
- Develop the team's agentic infrastructure
// WE EXPECT
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Experience designing high-load distributed systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of brokers, databases, and caches under the hood
- Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Go + willingness to work with the other
- Understanding of sagas, idempotent operations, and long-running workflows
- Confident experience with ClickHouse, understanding the difference between MergeTree engines
- Redis in non-trivial scenarios: distributed locks, pub/sub
- Kubernetes at a confident user level
- Agentic mindset, experience applying AI in work automation

- Experience with Temporal or similar orchestrators
- Commercial experience in anti-fraud or payment systems
- Experience with stream processing, event-driven architecture
- Experience with ML infrastructure and integrating models into production
