Position: NestJS-Developer Level: Senior Experience: 8+ years of TS/Node.js development (NOT freelance) Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, K8s, Docker, AWS (EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3) Location: Remote Employment: Fulltime Timezone: UTC+3 Citizenship: Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus Company: Eshe Salary: ₽250,000 – 300,000

❌ WHO IS NOT A GOOD FIT:

1. Candidates with predominant or recent experience in technical management roles: Team Lead, CTO, etc.
2. Candidates with predominant or recent experience working on freelance or in outsourcing companies.
3. Candidates with predominant or recent experience as Frontend / Fullstack developers.

🏅 WE EXPECT:

1. 8+ years of experience as a Backend developer (NOT Fullstack).
2. 6+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript: event loop, streams, memory management.
3. 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration with K8s.
4. 2+ years of experience with AWS: EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3.
5. 1+ year of experience with hybrid storage: MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB – each DB for its own task.
6. Experience using LLMs in work is mandatory.

🧑🏽‍💻 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Development and enhancement of backend services using NestJS.
2. Design and implementation of APIs and inter-service communications.
3. Deployment and operation of services in Kubernetes.
4. Working with asynchronous scenarios (RabbitMQ).
5. Using Redis for caching and pub/sub.
6. Working with MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB databases.
7. Working with AWS cloud infrastructure (within the scope of operation and development of backend services).
