☑️ Responsibilities
- Design application architecture: backend, frontend, database, API, and integrations
- Decompose large tasks and projects into understandable stages and estimate effort
- Develop backend using Node.js / TypeScript and frontend using React
- Design REST API, integrations, and data models
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, message queues as needed
- Make technical decisions considering performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and security
- Conduct Code Reviews and be responsible for the quality of technical results
- Write and control Unit/Integration tests
- Work with Docker and CI/CD
- Participate in releases, resolve production issues, work with logging and monitoring
- Create PoCs to test technical hypotheses
- Interact with the client and be able to explain technical solutions in understandable business language
☑️ Our Requirements for Candidates
- It will be important to be able to:
- Work with Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / GitHub Copilot or similar tools
- Decompose large tasks for AI agents
- Provide agents with context, rules / skills / instructions
- Use AI for development, testing, Code Review, documentation, refactoring, and legacy analysis
- Organize the work of multiple agents with different roles
- Verify and accept generated code, not rely blindly on AI results
- Understand LLM limitations: hallucinations, context loss, solution over-complexity, architectural errors, and potential security issues
- Maintain personal responsibility for technical results, regardless of which part of the work was done by AI
- What is important to us:
- Commercial development experience of 5+ years
- Strong knowledge: TypeScript + Node.js + React + PostgreSQL
- Practical experience in designing entire systems, not just frontend architecture
- Understanding of System Design: monolithic and microservice architecture, APIs, databases, queues, caching, integrations
- Ability to work with non-functional requirements: performance, load, scalability, fault tolerance, security, and observability
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD. Kubernetes knowledge will be a plus
- Experience with Code Review, Unit and Integration Testing
- Ability to independently decompose tasks and estimate development in hours
- Experience launching solutions from requirements to production
- We especially value independence: if you are given a business task, we expect you to be able to understand the requirements, ask necessary questions, propose an architecture, assess risks and effort, organize development, and bring the result to production
