About the Company and Team
Most AI is an AI platform for professionals, businesses, and video production teams. It combines over 80 leading neural networks in a single interface: users create videos, graphics, texts, music, and automate business processes. Access from a single account, no VPN required. We are already trusted by over 50,000 users and thousands of companies.
The product is live, with real paying users. The team is small and without bureaucracy: decisions are made quickly, code goes to production without lengthy approvals. It is necessary to work with the entire product stack – from the React interface to the Go/Python backend.
Candidate Expectations
Project Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript (+Vite), TailwindCSS, PWA
- Backend: core modules Go + Python / NodeJS present
- Infrastructure: Linux (Ubuntu), Docker, Docker Compose, MongoDB, S3 (MinIO), Postgres,
Requirements:
- 4+ years of overall commercial experience in full-stack development
- React / TypeScript - 2+ years
- Go - 2+ years (currently as the main one), Python on the backend
- Confident work with Linux CLI, Docker
- Experience in server infrastructure setup: nginx, docker compose
- Confident user of coding agents (Codex / Claude Code) – but you can maintain the project architecture and prevent code degradation. The agent accelerates, it doesn't write garbage for you.
- will be a plus: Experience building applications for iOS/Android (cross-platform frameworks or native)
AI (key for us):
- Experience building LLM-based chats
- Understanding of how LLM agents and harnesses (OpenCode and similar) work: tool calling, context, orchestration
Will be a plus:
- Experience with streaming / SSE / WebSocket
- RAG, vector search
- Experience working with agent frameworks
- Experience working with generative models (image/video/audio)
- Experience setting up k8s
Soft Skills:
- Independence: you can take a task and complete it to production without micromanagement
- Normal written communication (the team is distributed)
Working Conditions
- Fully remote, possibility to work in the Moscow time zone (+/- 2h)
- Full-time, flexible schedule, but there must be overlap in working hours with the team (Moscow time)
- Minimum calls, maximum work; light processes
- 2-week sprints, task tracking in Linear
Employment:
- Outside the Russian Federation - contract with payment in USD is possible
- In the Russian Federation - employment through an individual entrepreneur / self-employed (if you don't have an IE, you need to be willing to open one)
