About the Company and Projects

Nodera develops technological products and is creating a separate division for in-house and client service development.

We are currently developing a functioning real estate marketplace and content factory infrastructure: searching and preparing video materials, automatic video trimming, hook analysis, and a client results analytics module. New company and client products will follow.

We are looking for a developer who understands the fundamentals of programming, can bring tasks to a working result, and uses AI tools to speed up development.

How the Work is Structured

You will constantly work on products together with the Nodera owner. The owner participates in development personally: together you will discuss technical solutions, implement functionality, and improve company and client products. A designer will be involved for design tasks.

What You Will Do

• Develop existing products: understand the codebase, add functionality, and maintain the operability of previous features.
• Create new services and modules: from task discussion and technical solution to launch.
• Work with frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Organize the work of AI agents: set tasks, provide context, check changes, and fix errors.
• Test new features and ensure that changes have not broken existing scenarios.
• Configure deployment, monitor errors, and support products after launch.
• Show daily progress and bring agreed-upon stages to completion.

What is Required

• Completed working projects: websites, applications, or services that can be demonstrated and discussed in detail.
• Programming fundamentals: you can write and read code, find the causes of errors, and explain technical solutions.
• Understanding of application architecture: how its parts interact, where data is stored, how authorization, APIs, and error handling work.
• Practical experience with frontend, backend, and databases.
• Project launch experience: you can explain how you tested it, deployed it, and solved problems after release.
• Practice using AI tools, such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, with independent verification of results.
• Willingness to learn, understand existing code, and report difficulties in a timely manner.

We consider candidates with little commercial experience. Completed projects, understanding of programming, and your personal contribution are more important. Your own or client projects are suitable if they are truly working and you can explain how you created them.

Technologies

The codebases use JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, PHP/Yii2, SQL, task queues, and Docker. For video processing, ffmpeg and Remotion are used.

We do not expect expert knowledge of every tool on the list. A strong foundation and readiness to support and develop products with different stacks are needed.

Conditions

• First two months — 100,000 ₽ net per month.
• After the probationary period — review based on performance with the possibility of increasing the base salary up to 140,000 ₽ net.
• In addition to the base salary — additional remuneration for each new product you take on: creating a new service or developing and supporting an existing one.
• AI tools and tokens are paid for by the company; corporate accounts are provided for work.
• Remote work from any country.
• Full-time employment and focus on Nodera projects, without combining with other work or third-party orders.
• Working language — Russian. English is not a mandatory requirement.
• Cooperation with sole proprietorship or self-employment; other options can be discussed.
• Direct work with the owner and the opportunity to grow with the company's new direction.

If a project is closed, you can present it in a way that does not violate confidentiality agreements.

How the Interview Process Works

We will ask you to demonstrate one of your projects and talk about its creation from start to finish: the task, architecture, development, AI application, testing, launch, and support. We will discuss technical solutions, encountered errors, and ways to fix them.
