Senior Java Developer (iGaming)

🌍Format: Remote (strictly outside RF and RB), hybrid (Serbia/Belgrade)

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve high-load backend services; • Design architectural solutions and participate in platform development; • Work with distributed systems and message queues; • Participate in the entire development lifecycle: design → development → testing → production; • Analyze and resolve incidents; • Interact with other engineering teams and participate in technical discussions.

🛠 Technology Stack

Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, ClickHouse, YugaByteDB, REST, gRPC.

✅ Key Requirements (mandatory)

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience; • Java development experience; • Experience with Spring Boot; • Practical experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or other message brokers; • Experience with REST or gRPC; • Confident work with SQL and databases; • Understanding of distributed systems, replication, sharding, and message delivery guarantees; • Understanding of JVM, memory, and Garbage Collector operation; • Experience in designing and supporting production services.

➕Will be a plus

• Kotlin; • Kubernetes; • Experience with Cassandra, Redis, ClickHouse; • Experience in highload products; • Experience in large product companies.
