The team's task is to develop and implement AI agents within the "Wealth Management" block's Artificial Intelligence Development Management. Our team's advantage lies in an innovative approach to using AI solutions in research tasks.

Subject Area

Financial Products:

Personal Financial Management (portfolios, goals, savings)

Investments (Mutual Funds, Pension Products), Insurance (Individual Life Insurance), Custody Services

Digital Interfaces:

Sberbank Online Chat Interface (digital assistant for clients) Native GigaChat with integration of financial scenarios

Responsibilities

· Development and execution of test cases to verify the functionality, logic, and behavior of AI agents

· Testing of dialogue scenarios and integrations with external systems

· Conducting regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

· Conducting PSI

· Validation of agent response quality: relevance, accuracy, safety

· Creating automated tests for API, UI, and agent business logic

· Checking test datasets

· Analysis of testing results and preparation of a summary release testing report

· Analysis of logs, metrics, and errors to identify failure patterns

· Preparation of test data

· Testing of training datasets / validation of data for model training

· Documenting bugs, test plans, and quality reports in Jira/Confluence

· Participation in code reviews of test scripts and specifications

· Working in a team following Agile methodology

Requirements

• Automated testing experience of 2+ years
• Understanding of AI agent and LLM principles or strong motivation to dive into this area

· Knows and is able to use development tools for work (IDEA/PyCharm, Junit, REST-Assured, Allure)

· Able to refine test frameworks and their extensions

· Able to use SpringBoot (in case of Java)

· Able to develop in Python/Java (able to write readable and maintainable code)

· Able to work with code versioning and distributions

· Basic understanding of DevOps practices and desire to develop in this direction

· Developer tools in the browser (know how to see which requests are sent to the server)

· Knows basic software design patterns and is able to apply them in practice;

· Knows SQL at any level

· Able to work with tools for testing server API (Postman, SOAPUI, etc.)

· Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD

· Ability to formulate clear bug reports and test documentation

· Experience with Jira, Confluence

· Experience in testing mobile applications

· Experience in testing complex systems with integration interaction

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work with large volumes of information

· Critical thinking, ability to work with uncertainty, communication with the ML team
