Payment Provider Manager / PSP Manager

📍 Location: Belgrade, Serbia, office

This role is for a specialist who will be responsible for the payment strategy in their region, developing relationships with PSPs, and improving the efficiency of payment processes.

Responsibilities: — Responsible for the payment strategy in their region — Analyze current processes and the work of payment providers, identify opportunities to improve terms — Manage the full cycle of working with payment providers — Manage payment conversion and systematically work to increase it — Analyze key payment metrics and use data for decision-making

Requirements: — 2+ years of relevant experience as a Country Manager, PSP Manager, Business Development, or similar position — Skills in analyzing payment metrics and identifying growth points — Experience in high-risk or related fields — English language proficiency from B2 level — Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus

Conditions: — From 2,200 € net per month — Official employment under Serbian legislation — Office in the center of Belgrade — Flexible start of the working day from 9:00 to 12:00 — Legal support for relocation — Free three meals a day in the office — Additional 4 days off per year paid by the company
