Vacancy: Senior Engineer (PHP Fullstack) Grade: Senior Company: CODEX💻 Format: Remote Rate: 190,000 - 260,000 rubles

📝 Tasks and Responsibilities:

▫️ Development and support of high-load modules in PHP ▫️ Designing DB schemas, writing complex queries, optimizing indexes and execution plans in PostgreSQL ▫️ Writing backend logic (REST API, background task processing, integration with external medical systems) ▫️ Fullstack tasks: light frontend / template modification or admin panel configuration (focus on backend, but with an understanding of frontend) ▫️ Work in a Linux environment (environment setup, bash scripts, server debugging, log monitoring) ▫️ Refactoring legacy code to modern standards (PHP 8.x) ▫️ Writing unit and integration tests (PHPUnit)

🔖 What is important to us (required):

▫️ Commercial experience in PHP development for at least 5 years (last 2 years — active work with PHP 8+) ▫️ Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL: complex JOINs, window functions, CTEs, partitioning, EXPLAIN analysis ▫️ Confident work in Linux ▫️ Experience writing clean and testable code (SOLID, patterns, dependency injection) ▫️ Understanding of queue systems (RabbitMQ/Redis) and background processes ▫️ Knowledge of Git

➕ Will be a plus:

▫️ Experience in Medtech / HealthTech ▫️ Experience with Symfony or Laravel frameworks ▫️ PostgreSQL administration skills ▫️ Basic experience with Vue / React (for occasional frontend modifications) ▫️ Experience with Docker and orchestration (docker-compose, k8s basics)
