The company is an international, licensed, and regulated financial institution providing comprehensive payment and treasury solutions to corporate clients. We create infrastructure for global transactions, operate in a multi-currency environment, and interact with financial partners in various jurisdictions.

Due to the increasing workload, we are expanding our team and looking for a PHP Backend Developer (Middle+ / Senior).

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the platform: analyze requests and incidents at the L2-L3 level and bring them to resolution;
• Analyze technical problems, logs, and system behavior, identify and eliminate root causes of incidents;
• Develop and enhance existing platform functionality;
• Participate in the development and maintenance of integrations with external systems, including banks and payment providers;
• Prepare implemented tasks for acceptance: document solutions, create deployment instructions, and participate in demonstrations;
• Interact with business users, QA, and the development team during incident resolution and feature enhancements.

What we expect from you:

• From 4 years of commercial experience in backend development with PHP/Laravel, including at least 1 year of working with FinTech products or systems with a large number of external integrations;
• Solid knowledge of PHP 8+ and Laravel, understanding of queues and background task principles;
• Experience in designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs with third-party systems, including banks, payment providers, or other external services;
• Proficient work with MySQL/PostgreSQL: writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with migrations;
• Experience in analyzing logs, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems and incidents in a production environment;
• Practical experience with Git, Docker, Redis, and understanding of CI/CD processes;
• Independence in managing tasks from inception to acceptance and the ability to prepare necessary technical documentation and instructions.
