🔥 Looking for a strong senior with leadership experience: • 5+ years of commercial experience + Team Lead/Tech Lead experience • Mandatory Fintech/Payments background (security, transactionality, fraud)
Tech Stack: 💻 PHP 7.4/8+ (Symfony) 🌐 REST API, JSON, Webhooks 💳 PSP/bank/gateway integrations 🗄️ MySQL/PostgreSQL 📨 Queues: RabbitMQ/Kafka/Redis Queue ⚡ High-load optimization 📊 Monitoring/logging (ELK, Prometheus) 🚀 Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux/SSH 🤝 DevOps communication
Responsibilities: • High-load payment platform: refactoring monoliths, scaling architecture • First 90 days: monitoring+logs, Unit tests, decomposition • Integrations, performance, team • 80% hands-on code, 20% managing a team of 6-8 people
