We are a fintech team creating payment infrastructure for e-commerce and large businesses. In 5 years, we have reached over 20 million operations per month. Among our partners are Ozon, Wildberries, Samolyot, Ginza Project, and others.
There are 30 of us, and we value professionalism over bureaucracy. We work fully remotely. We prefer flexibility, lively discussions, and real solutions over formal approvals.

- We do not have a dedicated testing team: developers ensure quality themselves using AI tools.

Our tech stack: MariaDB, API Platform, Laravel, Linux, Git, MySQL, Apache, Node.js, Memcached, Nginx.
📌 What you will do:
- Participate in building the architecture and implementing the functionality of the payment service;
- Interact with adjacent teams;
- Develop and improve existing projects;
- Optimize, find and fix problem areas.
💬 What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 6 years of experience as a PHP developer. Experience with banking APIs (gateways, integrations) is mandatory;
- Ability to independently analyze someone else's code, find necessary information;
- Writes well-structured, understandable code for other developers;
- Experience with SQL and understanding of working with databases;
- Can and loves to use AI tools to optimize and speed up work.
➕ Will be a plus:
- Experience with ClickHouse database;
- Experience with setting up auto-deploys and working with DevOps;
- Experience with online fiscalization;
- Understanding of Front-end development.
