🔥VACANCY: Network Security Engineer Large-scale project in one of Russia's leading banks Moscow, remote, with office visits once a week

We are looking for a specialist who will ensure a high level of network security for the bank. Requires confident experience with CheckPoint and Cisco ASA/FirePower, in-depth traffic analysis skills, and readiness to influence the protection architecture.

Responsibilities: • Support and develop security systems (CheckPoint, Cisco ASA/FirePower) • Perform routine maintenance and promptly restore equipment in case of failures • Identify bottlenecks in the performance and architecture of information security systems, propose solutions • Configure new equipment, test functionality, and prepare technical reports • Develop network diagrams and technical instructions • Participate in a large-scale project to change the network architecture and transition to an isolated environment

Candidate Profile: • Experience supporting CheckPoint and/or Cisco ASA/FirePower • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and the OSI model • In-depth network traffic analysis skills • Understanding of network equipment hardware architecture and its limitations • Experience building secure VPNs • Knowledge of Linux, monitoring systems, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
