Looking for a Content Marketing Specialist

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchange aggregators. Our service aggregates offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best rates on the market for users. We make cryptocurrency exchange as simple, secure, and convenient as possible.
What you will be doing:
- Email marketing (B2B, B2C): launching newsletters/email sequences with a focus on OR, CTR, and conversion;
- Editing and publishing texts from the copywriting team for various channels (blog, YouTube scripts, etc.);
- Participating in the production of educational content;
- Generating and optimizing content using AI tools;
- Improving user engagement and retention at the content level;
- Product copywriting and cross-functional tasks (interface texts, push notifications, microcopy).
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial or crypto segment with a focus on product growth;
- Experience with SEO content and various text formats;
- English level C1:
- Ability to work autonomously and bring tasks to completion;
- Prioritization skills, adherence to deadlines, and open communication;
- Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with educational content, video, YouTube;
- Understanding of content analytics (CTR, engagement, etc.);
- Proficiency in other foreign languages.
