Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Data Engineers (2 people).
• Develop and scale the data infrastructure.
• Make architectural decisions for DWH and pipelines.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
• Ensure data reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with analysts and the product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow and dbt.
• Experience with GCP / BigQuery.
• Experience designing DWH and data pipelines.
• Experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience in BI reporting development.
• Experience building data platforms from scratch or scaling them.
