🚀 Hiring: DevOps Engineer | Kubernetes | Highload | AI Products | Remote
We are an international product startup in the field of AI content generation for an adult audience (18+). Our products are Telegram Mini Apps and high-load web platforms (tens of thousands of users, real-time interaction, video and image generation via AI).
Our team is looking for a specialist with experience in infrastructure for gray domains (betting, gambling, adult, crypto, etc.) and high loads.
Ideally, we are looking for a full-time employee.
We are also open to considering a part-time arrangement.
⚙️ Technology Stack:
- Linux (administration, bash scripts, network fundamentals)
- Docker + Docker Swarm or Kubernetes (at least one orchestration)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions (pipeline setup experience)
- Web servers: Nginx, Traefik (reverse-proxy setup)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis (installation, configuration, optimization)
- Monitoring and logs: Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry
- SSL / domains: Let's Encrypt, Certbot, DNS management
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Selectel).
- Experience with ClickHouse (analytics, big data).
- Experience with WebSocket / real-time services.
- Understanding of AI model operation (GPU servers, CUDA, Nvidia drivers).
- Experience with GitLab CI / GitLab Runner.
- Experience setting up Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Telegram Mini Apps infrastructure (WebView, integrations).
🖤 Our Expectations:
- At least 3 years of commercial DevOps experience (with a minimum of 2 years supporting production).
- Ability to set up infrastructure from scratch and maintain it.
- Understanding of how to build fault-tolerant systems (replication, backups, balancing).
- Knowledge of how to identify and resolve bottlenecks in highload systems.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment (sometimes non-standard tasks, high pace).
We would like to start collaborating with a paid hourly consultation on our products.

- a 15-20 minute meeting with me, where I will gather a brief overview about you and the questions we are interested in.
- if everything is great, we will send it for approval to the owners, and then conduct a one-hour paid consultation with you.
