About the role

We are looking for someone who will take over the implementation of Tatyana's content on the Russian-speaking account. Content ideas are already available, no need to come up with them from scratch. With room for personal initiative. We need a person who quickly and clearly takes on a task and comes up with a ready solution.

Soft Skills

Execution: ability to take an idea from concept to publication within 1-2 days, without delay

Clarity and effectiveness: we need a person who independently and responsibly takes on tasks and comes up with a ready result. Someone who doesn't need to be managed; on the contrary — accepts content ideas and handles implementation themselves, monitors deadlines and completion

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage specific tasks for Tatyana for content plan implementation (shoots, missing materials) — essentially, a process manager role
• Control video editing by the editor or designer: assign tasks, collect and provide feedback, monitor deadlines and quality independently based on your experience and taste
• Create carousels (using simple tools, even directly within the social network)
• Native product integration (refine the idea, assess potential)

Experience

Experience in managing social media for brands or bloggers, experience with personal brands and a clear result in numbers are welcomed

Desirable, but not required

• You use Notion and can manage a content calendar and all tasks there
• You live in Barcelona
• Basic video editing skills

Format

Remote, flexible schedule, 2 hours per day

Test Task

• Create a viral carousel from Tatyana's photos on any topic that you believe organically fits her brand.
• Attach links to a blog that you currently like and explain why it's cool and what works in it.
• Tatyana offers consultations (tatyanacosmos.com — details). Propose 1 idea on how to talk about them natively.
