Job Description: We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead the security of our cloud infrastructure, automate controls, and prepare the system for regular PCI DSS audits. Product: International Payment Gateway (accepting and sending payments, integration with 3DS, storing payment data, PCI DSS compliance). Tasks: Design and manage the security of AWS infrastructure in collaboration with the DevOps team. Automate security checks (SCA, SAST) in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI). Implement and configure monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, ELK). Manage access (IAM, SAML, SSO, MFA) and encryption (KMS, Secrets Manager). Actively participate in the preparation and passing of PCI DSS compliance audits. Develop a DevSecOps culture within the team, educating developers on secure architecture. Technology Stack: AWS (WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, KMS, Inspector, etc.), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform / Terragrunt / OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, ELK, Linkerd, SAML/SSO. Requirements: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) for 3+ years. In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Experience implementing PCI DSS requirements in a cloud environment. Excellent knowledge of network security (VPN, Firewalls, LB) and access management in AWS. English language proficiency at B1 level or higher. Will be a plus: relevant certifications (AWS Security, CISSP, CCSP, CKS), experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD) and Service Mesh (Linkerd).
