Gift Cart lets donors support multiple causes in a single checkout. It's already live, already scaling, and it needs an owner.

This is a full-lifecycle role. You'll define the strategy, shape the roadmap, write specs engineers can build straight from, and track the metrics that matter: average order value, multi-designation rate, conversion, payment reliability.

You'll work with a dedicated team – engineering TL, designer, analyst, CSM – and have real autonomy over a product that sits at the intersection of donor experience and financial correctness.

We're looking for someone who's owned a transactional product end-to-end before. E-commerce or checkout flow experience is a strong plus.

📍 Location: Fully remote — but we can only work with candidates based in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, or Cyprus.

🗣️ Language: Fluent English required.
