Responsibilities

• Analyzes transaction and client documentation, checks it for compliance with standards, participates in its preparation;

• Analyzes the credit quality of the counterparty / client;

• Interacts with external clients, auditors on matters of providing information and documents;

• Interacts with related departments within the framework of joint transactions;

• Prepares and submits reports and conclusions;

• Defines additional terms of the transaction, including collateral;

• Conducts analysis of operations and transactions according to procedures;

• Maintains the relevance of client information in the Bank's internal systems.

Requirements

• Higher/incomplete higher education in finance/banking, economics/accounting;
• Ability to use neural networks in daily work
• General theoretical knowledge in accounting and analysis of financial and economic activities of companies/Group of companies, tax accounting, securities, business valuation.
