Product
A unified platform where a person finds their next job. We are developing a whole set of tools: a resume builder, AI resume analysis, automatic tailoring for different job openings, a cover letter generator, a job board.
What You Will Do
Communicate value to the user:
visualize the key features of Resume.co and package them so they are understandable from the first screen
Develop the visual language:
We have an established style for marketing pages, a design system, and design principles. You will develop and scale them.
UI animations:
We want to use more animations. We expect you to create motion concepts independently.
Who We Are Looking For
- Senior level / 5+ years of experience in mass-market B2C products
- Strong experience in communication design: the ability to quickly communicate product value through visuals, structure, and presentation
- Experience with landing pages and marketing funnels: understanding how to build interfaces that not only look good but also convert
- Landing pages and hero sections — we regularly test new landing pages
- Quizzes and onboarding flows
- Experience with animations and the ability to use motion as part of the user experience (AE projects or other tools)
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards feedback + the skill to give it to others
- Speed of work — maximum one week for a concept + one week for final design
- Communication with development — present design, give feedback, and approve releases
- Understanding of working with hypotheses and metrics
- Bonus: Prototyping with AI tools, knowledge of Amplitude
- Acceptable English
- Your location is outside Russia and Belarus
