Almaty / hybrid Company: KCSD (CDC) Vacancy: Middle Data Engineer Grade: Middle KCSD is looking for a Middle Data Engineer for the DWH team.
Responsibilities: • Development and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes • Development of SQL queries, procedures, and data marts • Data integration from various sources • Data quality control and discrepancy analysis • Optimization of SQL queries and loading processes • Data preparation for analytics and BI • Participation in the development of the corporate DWH • Handling adhoc requests from the business (quick analysis and data export) • Development and support of dashboards as needed
Requirements: • Data Engineer / DWH Engineer / SQL Developer experience of 2+ years. • Proficient knowledge of SQL. • Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other DBMS. • Understanding of ETL/ELT and DWH construction principles. • Experience in SQL optimization and working with large volumes of data. • Bonus points for: Apache NiFi, REST API, financial sector.
