Junior Business Analyst for the Antifraud team. We are looking for an analyst with 1+ year of experience to analyze and optimize operational processes, formalize requirements for internal tools, and collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve antifraud operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for internal antifraud tools
- Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions
- Prepare detailed specifications and tasks for development
- Define and improve operational metrics to evaluate process performance and identify bottlenecks
- Analyze operational cases and find opportunities for optimizing existing processes
- Support initiatives from requirement gathering to implementation and launch
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and platform teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on business processes and product solutions
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst in a product, fintech, or operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in collecting, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Understanding of business processes and process optimization
- Experience working with operational metrics and using data for improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English level B2 or higher for communication with the international team
