We have a custom-built backtester in C++. We want to take it to the next level in terms of scale, speed, and convenience for quants.

What you will do: ✔️ scale the backtester across multiple servers ✔️ increase throughput and speed up data processing ✔️ profile and optimize performance ✔️ add new data streams and research tools ✔️ design user-friendly components and pipelines for research together with quants

We are looking for: ⏺ strong C++ and experience with high-performance / distributed systems ⏺ experience in trading / quant dev — a big plus, but not required

Conditions: ⏺$6–10k base + performance bonus up to 200% of annual salary

We are a young HFT fund. We have already managed to build infrastructure, create dashboards, set up alerts, reduce latency — and become profitable, not just on the backtester.

We trade our own capital on tier-1 crypto exchanges.

We recently looked for quants. Quants were found, but for some reason the tasks didn't end. That's why we're back — now also looking for a strong C++ engineer.

We are currently looking for people in two directions:

For both roles Claude Code / Codex / and other agents are an accustomed part of the workflow

A strong algorithmic / mathematical or olympiad background is a plus and a cultural match.

A small team, a fast cycle from idea to production. If a direction is successful — we are ready to scale capital, hardware, infrastructure, and the team around it.
