Head of AI (PH and ID)

We are looking for an AI leader for the Philippines and Indonesia to own and drive the venture-level AI strategy and roadmap. As the Head of AI, you will serve as the single point of accountability for identifying, prioritizing, and operationalizing AI opportunities across every major business function — from commercial growth and customer experience to operations, logistics, people, and corporate functions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, translating the company’s ambitions into a concrete, phased AI roadmap that delivers measurable business impact. You will partner closely country leaders, and regional AI or technology teams to ensure the country’s AI agenda is aligned with both local market needs and the broader group strategy.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Define and own the country AI strategy and roadmap for the Philippines and Indonesia, aligning venture opportunities to the Group’s overarching technology direction.
• Establish an AI prioritization framework that evaluates opportunities by business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
• Translate the strategic roadmap into an actionable portfolio of AI programs and projects with defined KPIs, timelines, and owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional AI/technology teams to leverage AI capabilities to support venture requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI transformation and deploy AI solutions
• Develop an AI fluency program to help cultivate an AI native organization including an assessment and capability-building plan.
• Champion an AI-first mindset across the organization, defining AI-related competency models and career pathways for technical and business roles.
