General Responsibilities:**
- Leading a distributed team
- Setting tasks, assigning roles, and monitoring work progress according to established deadlines.
- Conducting code reviews and architectural decision reviews, ensuring high quality of developed solutions.
- Developing and implementing coding standards and practices, as well as testing methodologies.
- Managing projects from idea to implementation, including research, architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborating with business analysts and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Defining technical strategy and project architecture based on modern AI and ML technologies.
- Researching new technologies and tools to improve development processes and enhance team efficiency.
General Requirements:
- Experience: from 5+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a team lead role;
- Education: higher technical education (Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Cybersecurity);
- Level: senior/lead ML engineer + management experience (Tech Lead / AI Team Lead);
- English proficiency: B2–C1 level minimum (technical and business correspondence, reading scientific articles);
- Ability to manage projects from idea to implementation, including research, architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
