ChtoLuchshe.RF is a new digital ecosystem without barriers, ensuring a dynamic balance of interests so that every person and company can realize their potential.
The ecosystem has its own Media Center, where new shows, original projects, and socially significant discussions are created with the participation of bloggers, experts, entrepreneurs, and media personalities.
We are launching several new regular talk shows simultaneously and are looking for several hosts for different formats.
We don't need an announcer who reads a готовый text, nor a host who works strictly according to a script.
We are looking for someone who can create a lively conversation, engage guests, manage discussion dynamics, and turn a topic discussion into a real show.
At the center of each episode is a current issue that participants examine from different angles, openly discuss, and supplement with their own experiences and opinions.
It is important for us that the viewer sees not a formal conversation based on pre-prepared questions, but a live discussion with emotions, different viewpoints, arguments, and genuine reactions from the participants.
Our talk shows are fundamentally divided into two major thematic areas.
Formats featuring well-known speakers, experts, entrepreneurs, representatives of various industries, and opinion leaders.
The focus of the discussion is on development issues:
Formats that help viewers or professional audiences navigate different segments of the consumer B2C and commercial B2B markets.
Participants discuss alternatives, compare approaches, share their own experiences, and help the audience form a more informed opinion.
You don't necessarily have to fit both areas equally. It is important to have a strong interest, experience, and natural fit in at least one of the topics.
We are launching regular series of episodes.
If a format is successfully launched, the work can provide full-time employment throughout the season.
Hosts of successful projects also receive priority when launching related programs and new shows at the Media Center. The number of thematic areas allows for a gradual increase in the volume of filming and building long-term cooperation.
Become the face and co-author of one or more studio formats: engage guests, create an emotional and meaningful discussion, and hold the audience's attention throughout the entire episode.
— Hosting studio talk shows with bloggers, experts, entrepreneurs, and media personalities.
— Creating an atmosphere where guests are willing to speak openly and share their honest opinions.
— Managing the conversation: asking questions, developing answers, bringing participants back to the topic, and giving all sides a chance to speak.
— Quickly immersing yourself in new topics, identifying contradictions, and formulating non-trivial follow-up questions.
— Maintaining the episode's dynamics, creating intrigue and memorable moments without artificial conflicts or cheap provocations.
— Working with multiple participants simultaneously and maintaining the overall line of discussion.
— Reacting quickly to unexpected answers and situations, improvising, and not being entirely dependent on a pre-written script.
— Participating in episode preparation: studying the topic and guests, suggesting questions, mechanics, and conversation structure.
— Interacting with editors, producers, blogger relations managers, and the filming crew.
— If you have your own network of contacts, suggest and invite bloggers, experts, and media guests to projects.
— Have experience hosting studio shows, interviews, podcasts, YouTube projects, television programs, or live broadcasts with guests.
— Know how to not just ask prepared questions, but listen to the interlocutor, notice interesting details, and develop the conversation.
— Quickly grasp new topics and are capable of conducting a substantive discussion, not just maintaining superficial dynamics.
— Feel comfortable on camera, have articulate speech, charisma, and your own hosting style.
— Know how to work with multiple guests, manage different viewpoints, and maintain the overall flow of the conversation.
— Are capable of creating emotion and tension without destroying the trust of guests and the audience.
— Are ready to be not just an executor, but also a co-author of the format.
— Are responsible regarding preparation, timing, and agreements.
— Experience in regularly hosting your own show, interviews, or media project.
— Experience working in television, radio, YouTube, or major digital media.
— Experience hosting public, socio-economic, business, or entertainment discussions.
— Your own audience, recognition, or active social media presence.
— A live network of contacts among bloggers, artists, experts, entrepreneurs, and other media personalities.
— The ability to independently invite guests to episodes.
— Experience moderating round tables and public discussions with multiple participants.
The number of years on a resume is not the main criterion.
We care more about:
— how you feel on camera;
— whether you can bring out the best in people;
— how deeply you can delve into a topic;
— whether you can hold the viewer's attention;
— whether you can work with a live conversation, not just a prepared script;
— whether you have the energy and individuality that can become part of a new media format.
Therefore, please be sure to include links to video recordings of shows, interviews, broadcasts, events, or other projects you have hosted in your application.
