💼 Financial and Operations Manager

📍 Cyprus | Hybrid format

We are looking for an independent Financial and Operations Manager to manage the personal and corporate finances of the owner across several jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities: — Management of personal and corporate bank accounts; — Preparation of payments, monitoring balances, expenses, loans, and deposits; — Interaction with international banks on KYC/Re-KYC, Source of Funds / Source of Wealth matters; — Coordination of accountants, auditors, lawyers, and corporate service providers; — Oversight of reporting, audits, tax, and corporate obligations; — Maintenance of financial and corporate archives, recovery of missing documents; — Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for the owner; — Independent handling of financial and administrative tasks until full completion.

What's important: — Experience in finance, accounting, family office, private wealth, or corporate administration; — Understanding of Financial Statements, Trial Balance, and General Ledger; — Practical experience with international banks and KYC/AML; — Ability to work with contracts and corporate documents in English; — Fluent Russian and English; — Independence, systematic approach, and attention to detail; — Willingness to work with a large amount of disparate information and non-standard tasks. Experience with banking and corporate practices in Cyprus, the EU, or the UAE, as well as knowledge of Greek, will be an advantage.

Conditions: — Official employment in Cyprus and visa support; — 21 working days of paid vacation; — Flexible schedule; — Primarily remote work with occasional visits to banks, consultants, and for document signing.
