Hello! We are a team developing computer vision systems. We are advancing computer vision technologies to automate Ozon's warehouse processes. Our solutions work with real video streams and ML models in production, helping to improve operations and reduce the impact of human factors.
We are looking for a specialist who will create and develop CV systems — from algorithm selection to industrial implementation.
You will
- Develop and improve computer vision models (detection, classification, tracking, segmentation).
- Select algorithms and approaches for applied tasks, conduct experiments, and evaluate model quality.
- Optimize models and algorithms for efficient and fast operation on large volumes of data in production.
— Design and optimize inference pipelines, including real-time scenarios.
- Develop ML services and work with a microservice architecture (Python).
- Analyze the performance of solutions and identify bottlenecks — from models to infrastructure.
- Work with video streams and create high-load data processing systems.
- Interact with engineers and developers at all stages — from research to production.
We value:
- Higher education in mathematics, computer science, or related technical disciplines.
- Proficient knowledge of Python and experience in industrial development.
- Practical experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning.
- Understanding of classic CV algorithms and modern ML approaches.
- Knowledge of key model quality metrics and validation methods.
- A good algorithmic foundation (data structures, complexity analysis).
- Skills in writing clean, maintainable code and working with Git.
It will be a plus:
- Experience with GPUs (Nvidia, CUDA, TensorRT).
- Experience in building real-time systems or optimizing latency.
- Experience with deployment and application of MLOps practices.
- Experience with video streams (RTSP/RTP) or streaming data processing systems.
- Experience in developing high-load services.
- Knowledge of C++ for performance-critical components.
- Experience with Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar infrastructure.
- Knowledge of SQL and database experience.
- Skills in writing unit and integration tests.
- English language proficiency for reading technical documentation.
