Vacancy: Accountant (Limassol, office)

Our long-term client, a major international IT company, is expanding its finance team and invites an Accountant to its Limassol office. About the project The company manages several international projects in various geographies, many of which are in the active growth stage. Due to the increasing volume of tasks, the accounting function is being strengthened – a specialist is needed to take over operational accounting and help maintain the stability of financial processes.

📌 Responsibilities • Collection and processing of primary documentation for assigned companies • Verification of documents for correctness and completeness • Organization and maintenance of the document archive • Accounting for several companies • Preparation and participation in the compilation of VAT and VIES declarations • Preparation of documents for audit, interaction with auditors • Monitoring the completeness and relevance of financial statements

✅ Requirements • Experience in accounting in international companies from 2 years • Experience working with multiple legal entities simultaneously • Knowledge of IFRS • Experience with accounting systems • Proficient in MS Excel • Plus: QuickBooks, Caseware • Desired experience in IT / software development companies • English language – B1–B2 (for working with documentation)

🎓 Education • Higher economic or accounting education or • Professional courses (e.g., LCCI) + 3–4 years of practical experience
