Enterprise / Solution Architect (BIAN expert) 🏛📈

We are looking for a strategic architect capable of building the bank's target IT landscape using the BIAN framework. We need an expert who sees the system as a whole – from the resource base to the technology stack – and can communicate complex ideas to both developers and top management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: development of transitional and target architecture, management of roadmaps and architectural dependencies.
- BIAN Methodology: development and maintenance of domain architecture, replication of the framework and management methodologies within the bank.
- Technological Progress: analysis of new trends and technologies, identification of areas for their application at the Enterprise level.
- Standardization: development of the architectural repository and maintenance of standards.
- Synchronization of Levels: organization of artifact exchange between Enterprise and Solution architecture, control of compliance of all changes with the overall strategy.
Our Expectations:
- Deep Banking Expertise: understanding of the specifics of operations, knowledge of regulatory acts and requirements of the Bank of Russia.
- Architectural Thinking: ability to design complex solutions, considering the interaction of technologies and resources.
- Communication Skills: ability to conduct negotiations in cross-functional teams and defend solutions at different levels of abstraction.
- Systemic Approach: experience in designing solutions considering industry specifics.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of modern design notations and proficiency in system and process modeling tools.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive architectural analysis.
