Media Buyer (CPA, iGaming)
About the Role
We are a product company in the online casino space (licensed under Curaçao / Anjouan). We are not looking for a “budget manager” - we need a results‑driven media buyer who thinks in terms of CPA, not in terms of ad spend volume.
We pay for quality players, not for burning through budgets. If you prefer working for performance rather than for spending KPIs - this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and scale CPA‑based campaigns to acquire FTD players across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native networks, and DSPs.
- Work with fixed cost‑per‑action targets - manage bids and pacing, not monthly budgets.
- Rapidly test hypotheses and scale only what delivers the target CPA.
- Leverage non‑mainstream traffic sources:
- Push / Pop / Native
- Direct publishers, media brokers, affiliate channels
- Email / SMS / In‑app arbitrage
- Build complete acquisition funnels: pre‑landers, quiz funnels, smart routing flows.
- Implement technical solutions: cloaking, domain rotation, warm‑up processes, redirect rules.
- Optimise campaigns against key metrics: Cost per FTD, CVR, ROAS, LTV (with a CPA‑mindset).
- Work with tracking platforms (Voluum, Keitaro, Binom) and postback systems.
- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, CRM, Product, and Affiliate teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a media buyer in iGaming / online casino.
- Mandatory hands‑on experience under Curaçao / Anjouan licences.
- Deep understanding of the CPA model - you know how to calculate unit economics and how to hit target lead costs.
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC / PMax, specifically with CPA‑oriented optimisation.
- Real‑world skills in cloaking, anti‑ban strategies, domain setup and rotation.
- Strong proficiency with tracking tools: Voluum, Keitaro, Binom.
- Strong analytical mindset – decisions are data‑driven.
- Fluent English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher) for working with international partners.
Strong Advantages
- Experience acquiring players in Tier‑1, LATAM, and EU markets.
- Knowledge of affiliate networks and direct media buying.
- Background in adult traffic, streaming, push, or in‑app arbitrage.
- Understanding of CRO, retention, and LTV optimisation.
- Experience using AI tools for creative production, funnel building, and automation.
