iGaming company is expanding its Affiliate team and is looking for Affiliate Managers of different levels – from Junior to Senior.
If you already have experience in affiliate/iGaming – we would be glad to meet you. If you don't have direct experience yet, but have a strong background in sales, account management, business development, digital/performance marketing, or working with partners and a desire to grow in iGaming – we are also considering you.
📌 What you will be doing:
- Searching for and attracting new affiliate partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms of cooperation
- Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Analyzing partner results and traffic quality
- Identifying opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners
- Assisting partners with current issues and promptly resolving emerging problems
- Monitoring the market, competitors, new GEOs, and traffic sources
- Maintaining reporting on work results.

- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to negotiate and reach agreements
- Result-oriented approach and a desire to influence your performance metrics
- Analytical thinking and readiness to work with numbers
- English language proficiency sufficient for communication and correspondence with partners
- For Middle/Senior – practical experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming
- For Junior – experience in related fields will be an advantage, and we are ready to train in the specifics of Affiliate Marketing.
