Prompt Engineer / AI Agent Behavior Engineer
Location: Outside Russia and Belarus

Hello! We are "Aspirity Solution", a development studio that for 10 years has been creating web and mobile applications, no-code solutions, and AI agents for a wide variety of clients. We are currently looking for a Prompt Engineer / AI Agent Behavior Engineer to join our partner's team.
Tasks
- Development and maintenance of system prompts for AI agents
- Designing dialogue logic and scenarios (prompt flows)
- Creating stable JSON responses for integrations with APIs
- Creating templates based on Jinja2 (variables, conditions, handling incomplete data)
- Configuring agent behavior: tone, style, dialogue rules
- Conducting A/B tests and improving metrics (answer quality, task completion, error reduction)
- Analyzing logs, finding errors and weaknesses in logic
- Interaction with product, development, and QA
Requirements
- Experience working with LLM
- Understanding of prompt design: instruction hierarchy, few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured responses
- Confident knowledge of JSON, Markdown
- Python development experience of at least 1 year (scripts, backend, automation — any relevant option);
- Ability to analyze errors through logs and iterations
- Russian — fluent
- English — from B2
Will be a plus
- Experience with chatbots, voice AI or AI assistants
- Experience working with Jinja2 or similar templating engines
- Background in linguistics, UX writing or dialogue design
- Experience evaluating LLM quality (metrics, tests, regression)
- Understanding of hallucination control, guardrails, schema validation
