Sapa Digital Communications is an IT company that creates automation tools, improves customer experience, and implements CRM systems for business needs.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Strong Middle Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot) for our office in Almaty (hybrid work format).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial Java development experience
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework: Security, Data, Cloud
- Experience in configuring and integrating with Keycloak, LDAP, Active Directory
- Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka (topics, queues, retry/dlq mechanisms)
- Confident command of Maven (multi-module projects, BOM, plugins)
- Knowledge of Nexus — publishing and using artifacts
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD configuration (pipelines, stages, environments)
- Excellent understanding of REST/SOAP, XML/JSON serialization/deserialization (JAXB, Jackson)
- Work with PostgreSQL, migrations via Liquibase or Flyway
Responsibilities:
- Development and support of the backend part of corporate systems
- Design and implementation of microservices and APIs
- Integration of internal and external services
- Working with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
- Performance optimization, refactoring, code review
- Participation in CI/CD construction, interaction with the DevOps team
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of microservice architecture
- Understanding of monitoring and logging (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
