Key Skills: • Solid experience with building, maintaining, and tuning Bare-Metal K8s infrastructure from scratch. • Not only operation, but also delving into and tuning the Linux network stack, CNI, CRI, etc. • Experience building an Observability stack from scratch, understanding key application metrics and business-critical metrics. • Experience with building DXP, advanced development pipelines, implementing SAST, Secret Management, etc. • IaC, GitOps experience and deep understanding.

What will be an advantage, but is not mandatory: • Experience in banking, understanding of working with ESB, ABS, etc. • Experience with Openshift, Rancher.

Tasks: Solving the most complex and comprehensive challenges related to development pipelines, application rollouts, architectural and approach issues of Kubernetes infrastructure and surrounding satellite services to solve problems with service rollout speed, application operability, and performance in Production.

• Developing and implementing new approaches in the CI/CD process, evolving towards DXP. • Maintaining, supporting, and architectural decisions for operating Kubernetes, Observability Stack (Logging, Metrics, Alerts, Tracing). • Solutions for designing network connectivity and microservice interaction. • Solutions for security provision (SAST, DAST, Secret Management, SIEM, Audit-logs). • Capacity Planning, Zero-Downtime Deployments.

Comment from our Head of DevOps (he said this should interest you :)): "The team has a dedicated DIR team that focuses on infrastructure management - VMs, machines, DBA, etc. There is also an L1 Support team, and a separate SRE team (L2/L2.5 support) is being formed, which will handle on-call support, etc. for 90% of incidents. The DevOps team's task is only microservice architecture, K8s, IaC, CI/CD and DevEx, L3 support, Observability, DR, etc."
