Responsibilities

• prepare and conduct presentations on payroll projects for organizations to attract and retain them on the payroll project
• conduct negotiations with representatives of legal entities on the implementation of payroll projects
• support and maintain existing clients
• analyze the assigned market to attract to the payroll project, develop a strategy for client acquisition.

Requirements

• specialist with secondary vocational, incomplete higher, or higher education
• have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• able to create presentation materials
• have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
• proficient user of MS Office
• ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — own courses available).
