Backend Developer AI Models

Responsibilities

• Curating ML tasks: prioritization, decomposition, formulation of hypotheses and quality metrics, selection of optimal implementation paths.
• Technical leadership: design of the multi-agent ML core architecture, selection of the LLM/DL stack, code review and technical mentoring of the team.
• Responsibility for deadlines and quality: sprint planning for ML tasks, execution control, risk management and technical debt.
• Research: systematic scouting of alternative LLM/DL solutions, comparative analysis of quality metrics, cost, and latency.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python for ML/NLP, experience in building production ML services (API, microservices, containerization).
• Deep knowledge of NLP: classical models (embeddings, seq2seq), modern DL approaches, Transformer architectures. practical experience of use
• Experience with LLM: integration of external and internal LLMs, prompt engineering tuning, usage of tool-calling and multi-agent patterns.
• Experience in designing multi-agent solutions (Orchestrator + sub-agents, fan-out/fan-in, human-in-the-loop) based on modern frameworks.
• ML production cycle: task definition through metrics, dataset preparation, model development and validation, monitoring and A/B tests.
• Knowledge of Transformer architecture and ability to apply it to tasks (classification, generation, QA, entity extraction).
• Understanding of safety requirements and model drift in the healthcare domain, ability to set relevant metrics and guardrails.
• Ability to work with AI development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity) using SDD
