Description

Our team is focused on creating an analytics platform for analyzing customer behavior in mobile and web applications. The platform provides online data processing, building on-the-fly basic product reports, crash analytics, as well as detailed BI analytics of selected segments.

Users are internal Bank clients (product owners, analysts, UX researchers).

An MVP of the application has been implemented, which covers the basic analytics needs of our users. A pilot based on the Sberbank Online application demonstrated demand from clients and opened broad development horizons: crash analytics, mobile app distribution sources analytics, process timing, a module for call center employees.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to create and support data marts used for machine learning tasks.

Our main tasks are enriching the collected data with information from backend systems, implementing probabilistic methods to identify a unique customer, implementing customer behavior prediction models, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Searching for and analyzing data for machine learning tasks
• Participating in generating new features from data
• Creating data marts, ETL, and supporting their deployment to production
• Monitoring the quality of loaded data
• Supporting the deployment of ready AI models to production.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and understanding of DBMS principles
• Knowledge of Python and data manipulation libraries (numpy, pandas)
• Experience with Hadoop (Hive, Spark, HDFS)
• Experience with Clickhouse (development or administration)
• Knowledge of Git
• Familiarity with product analytics systems – GA, Yandex Metrica, Amplitude is desirable.
