Responsibilities
- Develop reliable and scalable data processing pipelines using the Hadoop technology stack, Apache Spark, and other Big Data tools;
- Ensure high performance of data warehouses by optimizing ETL processes and building analytical reports;
- Design data storage and processing architecture in the Greenplum DBMS and the Hadoop ecosystem;
- Participate in the development of data processing infrastructure and maintain its stability and security;
- Improve existing mechanisms for working with large volumes of data and develop new algorithms for analysis and processing.
Requirements
- Experience in developing reliable and scalable pipelines for processing large volumes of data using Hadoop, Apache Spark, and other Big Data ecosystem technologies;
- Ability to ensure high performance of data warehouses by optimizing ETL processes and building effective analytical reports;
- Skill in designing data storage and processing architectures in the Greenplum DBMS and the Hadoop ecosystem;
- Readiness to actively participate in the development of data processing infrastructure, maintaining its stability and ensuring a high level of information security;
- Skill in improving existing mechanisms for working with large volumes of data, ability to develop and implement new effective algorithms for analysis and processing.
- Experience in the role of Data Engineer (or similar) for at least 2 years.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with data in the banking or financial sector, understanding the specifics of banking big data.
- Familiarity with additional big data and stream analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Java, Scala for data development.
- Certifications in the field of Data Engineering or Big Data and participation in professional communities, conferences, open-source projects.
