We are developing an international iGaming product and have been growing steadily for over three years with a strong in-house team. During this time, we have not only strengthened the product but also built flexible processes that support business scaling.
We are now actively expanding: enhancing product expertise, developing the team, and entering a new growth phase. In connection with this, we are opening the Tech Lead Frontend Developer position, which will play an important role in the further development of the company.

🧩 Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend architecture;
- Develop product features end-to-end;
- Work with Next.js (SSR/ISR, RSC, caching);
- Build and optimize client-side data management;
- Optimize application performance and loading;
- Implement and maintain PWA functionality;
- Develop and maintain UI components and system;
- Write and maintain tests (unit, e2e);
- Participate in code reviews and team development;
- Improve development processes and code quality.
❇️ What's important to us
- It is critically important for us that you have experience with a highload product where RPS > 300
- It is also critically important that you have a solid understanding of not only the client-side but also the server-side
- And third, but no less important — experience in improving an already mature product in terms of performance, scalability, and fault tolerance
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development;
- 2+ years of experience with Next.js (App Router);
- Solid knowledge of React (RSC, modern approaches);
- Strong TypeScript;
- Experience with TanStack Query (cache, mutations, server state);
- Understanding and experience with Feature-Sliced Design or a similar architecture;
- Experience with performance optimization (SSR/ISR, code splitting, optimization);
- Experience configuring and using PWA / Service Worker;
- Practical testing experience (unit + e2e);
- Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
