Your responsibilities:
- Conducting a comprehensive training program: "Rust for Experienced Developers: Fintech and High-Load Systems"
- Review and update materials (presentations, task descriptions, codebase, as materials may need updating).
We expect from you:
- At least 3 years of development experience in Rust (Senior / Team Lead)
- Knowledge of the language's capabilities, syntax, features of microservice architecture, etc.
- Desire to share experience and knowledge with others
- Fluent speech, ability to explain complex things in simple terms
- Teaching experience, public speaking, or development of methodological materials will be a plus.
