We’re hiring an AI CTO / CAIO at AI Surfers.

We’re building a platform that guides founders from idea to first sales across 7 stages: diagnosis, segment and JTBD, value proposition, monetization, MVP, sales, and channels.

This project is being built for a national startup support program. It includes a managed AI workflow, evidence-based progression, AI quality control, on-prem deployment, SSO integration, and scaling to 10,000 active users per month.

We’re looking for someone who can take full technical ownership: legacy audit, runtime and AI architecture, evals, code review, and leading the team through delivery.

What matters:

• production experience with LLM / agentic systems,
• strong async Python backend background,
• understanding of orchestration, evals, latency, and cost control,
• comfort with complex architecture and ambitious timelines.

Stack: Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Pydantic AI, LiteLLM, Langfuse, Qdrant, Next.js, React.
