Responsibilities:**
- Develop a full cycle of creative concepts for B2B and B2C campaigns, brand initiatives, special projects, and corporate merchandise, ensuring they are based on audience insights and market trends.
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and product specifics to create relevant and effective creative solutions.
- Transform key product value propositions into relevant concepts and messages that reflect user needs and differentiate Kaspersky Lab from competitors.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to gain a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, target audiences, and business goals, turning complex technical features into engaging messages.
- Create high-quality copywriting texts — from high-level slogans to key visual elements and communication platforms, ensuring brand consistency and the correct tone of voice.
- Provide creative direction and feedback on materials created by other team members to enhance the quality of creative proposals.
- Generate lead generation content (blog posts, expert articles, ebooks, white papers, etc.).
- In collaboration with the copywriter team lead and other internal or external teams, ensure that the created content is technically accurate and complies with legal requirements.
We expect from our new colleague:
- Higher education, preferably in marketing, journalism, or design.
- Minimum of 5 years in a creative role, preferably at a creative agency.
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior position, preferably at a creative agency.
- Experience in creative copywriting for B2B and B2C markets. Ability to adapt tone and messaging for both complex business products and mass audiences.
- Relevant experience in the technology sector (IT / cybersecurity) will be an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. (B2-C1)
- A personal portfolio.
- Understanding of the creative development process.
- Ability to create advertising campaigns from scratch (insight → idea → execution).
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tight deadlines.
- A wide range of writing styles and flexibility in generating creative ideas.
- Analytical thinking, ability to request additional information, conduct research, and find the right approach. Problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to adhere to corporate/agreed tone of voice, styles, and standards.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in design (using AI or other tools) for creating visual mockups.
- Presentation skills and the ability to defend your ideas.
- Ability to assign tasks to designers and work in a team.
