Vacancy: Sales Assistant for a Luxury Women's Clothing Boutique

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Sales • Consult clients in the showroom, assist with clothing selection • Develop an individual approach for each client • Gather client information for CRM (preferences, contacts) • Offer clients beverages, maintain the boutique's atmosphere • Process online inquiries on social media and the website

Merchandise Management • Monitor the availability of all sizes on the sales floor, replenish stock • Maintain order in the sales area and fitting rooms • Ensure updated price tags are in place

Stockroom and Logistics • Maintain sales and inventory records in spreadsheets • Keep the stockroom tidy • Ensure ironed items in the correct sizes are available • Pack and ship online orders

Candidate Requirements: • Previous experience in clothing sales (preferably luxury brands) • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented • Responsibility, meticulousness, and extreme attention to detail • Willingness to adhere to boutique standards • Conversational English proficiency
