We are looking for a strong Influence Manager to develop influencer marketing in the Uzbekistan market.

💼 Responsibilities: • Search and connect with influencers (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) • Build long-term partnerships with bloggers • Launch and scale advertising integrations • Analyze effectiveness (CPL, CPA, ROI, FTD) • Control the quality of traffic and creatives • Test new hypotheses and channels • Maintain a database of influencers and cooperation terms

🎯 Requirements: • 1+ years of experience working with influencers (iGaming / crypto preferred) • Understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local platforms • Practical experience working with Telegram influencers — must-have • Strong negotiation and traffic acquisition skills • Understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV • Russian + Uzbek languages (will be a plus)
