Responsibilities

What you will do:

• determine suitable credit products and terms for the needs of small business clients
• interact with clients on financing issues
• analyze the financial and economic activities of borrowers and prepare financing decisions
• assess credit risks and prepare conclusions using standard forms
• together with the client manager, visit the business location to identify financing needs and assist in collecting the document package.

Requirements

We expect you to be:

• a specialist with a higher financial or economic education
• knowledgeable in approaches to conducting FEA (financial and economic activity) analysis using official and management reporting
• understand business financing needs and be able to propose suitable credit solutions
• willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).

Work experience in a bank with corporate client lending for 1+ year will be a plus.
