The Real Estate Financing Department invites a Credit Analyst to join the team to work on deal structuring, aiming to maintain a high-quality and high-yield credit portfolio based on minimizing and diversifying credit risks.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing
- Structuring deals to maintain a high-quality and high-yield credit portfolio based on minimizing and diversifying credit risks.
- Aggregating/summarizing information from various sources. Collecting, processing, and analyzing information.
- Preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Supporting the digital credit process: managing the deal pipeline, generating requests upon identifying process errors.
- Participating in the implementation of an AI agent (development / adaptation / implementation of AI into the department's current processes).
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Work experience in the banking sector in the position of credit inspector / corporate underwriter for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of the credit analysis process for construction projects.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented, proactivity.
- Experience working with PowerPoint, ability to create high-quality presentations.
- Developed communication skills.
