Description
The real estate funding management team is looking for a candidate for the position of credit inspector.
Responsibilities
- participates in meetings with borrowers to discuss the Borrower's need for a credit product, possible options for structuring planned transactions
- as part of credit application review, conducts credit analysis. Evaluates the indicators of the financial and economic activities of clients in dynamics
- implements measures for comprehensive risk assessment during transaction development and their minimization
- develops individual lending schemes using several banking products and services
- organizes the conduct of specialized project expertise (including legal, permitting, contract documentation expertise)
Requirements
- higher economic education;
- proficiency in standard software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook);
- knowledge of the basics of economics, corporate finance, jurisprudence
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
